Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please call our customer service team at +91-8009400600.

Cancellation Requests for Orders That Have Not Yet Shipped

• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout, whether that is a debit or credit card, net banking, or UPI. In the rare event that the original card is no longer active, we may issue a cheque instead.
• Cash on delivery orders: We will simply void the transaction to complete the cancellation.

Cancellation Requests for Orders That Have Been Shipped or Handed to the Courier

You have the option to decline the delivery and ask the delivery personnel to return the package to us when they arrive at your location. We will then initiate a refund once we receive confirmation from our courier partner that the order was not accepted and has been returned to us.

Cancellation by Vedic Gems

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept, and so we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some of the reasons for this may include limitations on the quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product information, concerns identified by our fraud-checking department, or any other issue that we identify as a reason for not accepting the order.

We also reserve the right to request additional information before accepting certain orders. In every case, we will notify you if your order has been cancelled fully or partially, or if we need any further information in order to accept it.

Exception

Orders for customised, personalised, or engraved jewellery are treated as a final sale and cannot be cancelled.
