You can pay for your order by debit or credit card, net banking, or UPI. Cash on delivery is also available.

How We Protect Your Information

We use a combination of administrative, physical, and electronic security technologies, procedures, and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, modification, and distribution, and to help safeguard it from unauthorised use or disclosure.

In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it, and they process your personal data only on our instructions while remaining bound by a duty of confidentiality.

At the same time, it is worth remembering that no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is ever completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we are unable to guarantee its complete protection against every possible threat.

Payment Processing

Your information is shared with third-party entities that process credit card payments, verify information, and manage and reduce credit risk. We do not authorise these third-party service providers to disclose or use your information in any manner beyond what is necessary to carry out their service obligations on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.

Beware of Phishing

Identity theft, and the practice currently known as phishing, are matters of great concern to us, and safeguarding your information against identity theft is one of our top priorities. We will never, at any time, request your credit card information or national identification numbers through a non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication.

Fraud Protection

We may disclose your information to other companies and organisations for fraud protection and risk reduction. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order where concerns are identified by our fraud-checking department, and we may request additional information before accepting certain orders.

Refunds to Your Original Payment Method

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method used at checkout, whether that is a debit or credit card, net banking, or UPI. In the rare event that the original card is no longer active, we may issue a cheque instead. For cash on delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch, we will simply void the transaction.
